New & Improved
Carrier Comms Dashboard: New columns have been added to the Carrier Generated Orders (CGO) grid to track BOL and Delivered quantities and drop times.
CCD Carrier Scorecard: Events raised in the Weekly Scorecard are now locked after four weeks. Additionally, the following updates have been made to allow for additional customization of the Carrier Scorecard in the Carrier Comms Dashboard.
- The Overfill Delivery Recon Rule can now be enabled, which will flag any tank that is filled over the threshold value after delivery.
- The Delivery Quantity Variance (DQV) Delivery Recon Rule can now be enabled, which will flag variance in delivered quantity.
- The Late Delivery Delivery Recon Rule can now be enabled, which will flag deliveries where the drop start time is after the order ETA.
- The Product Shortage Delivery Recon Rule can now be enabled, which will flag instances where the delivery is less than the BOL volume and greater than a configurable threshold amount.
- The Missing Tracking Number Lift Recon Rule can now be available, which will flag deliveries marked as completed in the CCD where a tracking number is not provided.
Invoice Calculation: Additional variants have been added for documenting Accessorial Fees. All variants are now included in invoice calculations.
Invoice Management: Suppliers can now make edits to Supplier-to-Buyer DDT/Invoices from both the Supplier and Carrier views.
Load Optimizer: Users can now customize whether specific terminals or bulk plants should be utilized in the optimizer. To do this, locate the terminal or bulk plant by navigating to Main Menu > Terminals and Bulk Plants > Terminals grid.
Bug Fixes
Dispatch Schedule Builder (DSB): We fixed an issue where ETAs were not populating correctly for certain recurring delivery orders and updated delivery requests (DRs).
Locations: We fixed an issue where some users were seeing a loading error when visiting the Locations screen.
