In certain cases, an ATG can be configured to initiate sending messages to Titan Cloud in addition to the polling process initiated from our side. This dial-out feature can facilitate real-time notifications for urgent alarm conditions.
Configuring this feature requires setup onsite, in the Titan Cloud polling engine, and in the client's notification settings in the Titan Cloud web portal. Additionally, the following prerequisites are required.
