Table of Contents
The following release notes apply to the Techniche Urgent Platform (now Titan Maintenance) prior to Titan Cloud's acquisition of the platform.
November 2025 - Urgent v44.1
We are pleased to announce the release of Urgent v44.1. The release date for Urgent v44.1 is 2 November 2025.
Here’s a summary of what’s new in this release:
New login screen user interface
An update has been made to the login screen user interface. This update will be automatically rolled out to all users, including third party contractors, on 2 November 2025.
Please note: the login to the mobile app remains unchanged.
The update is necessary to support the introduction of functionality to configure and allow for Single Sign-on (SSO) authentication. This follows customer feedback and requests for SSO to support enhanced business application security.
All users will be presented with the new look login screen. While this presents differently, existing usernames and passwords have not changed. To reset a password, users can use the ‘Forgotten Details’ link provided.
Users can now set the default platform language directly from the login page. Links to the Urgent mobile app in the App Store and Google Play are also provided.
This is how the new login screen will appear:

SSO Configuration
Access will be granted to the SSO SAML configuration page on request to Urgent users with the required user role. You’ll need the SAML configuration role to make SAML changes. Configuration instructions can be found here.
Once the configuration setup for the tenant is complete, all users logging into that tenant will see SSO button(s) on the login screen. Users can authenticate using the SSO option or continue to log in with a username and password (which remain unchanged).
This is how the new login screen will appear once SSO configuration is complete:

Quote Decline Button
In line with customer feedback, and consistent with other elements in Urgent, the quote decline button on the Quote Details screen is now red.

Asset Summary export
Customers will now receive asset exports by email containing a link to download the Excel file. This addresses the time-out issue that a number of customers may have previously experienced.

Select ‘Export All’ option from Operations dropdown on Asset Summary page.

A message is displayed to confirm your asset export is processing.

September 2025 - Urgent Mobile App
The September 2025 release of the Urgent mobile app includes upgrades to account management functionality.
Multi-user access via a single device
Multiple users from the same customer account can log into the Urgent mobile app via a single device. Each user will have his/her own credentials which are not associated with the device.
This functionality supports customers who permit the use of specialist mobile devices only, for example due to working in high-risk engineering or depot environments.
Multi-account sign in via a single device
App users who have a requirement to access multiple accounts can now do so, without having to remove one account before accessing another.
This supports customers who manage multiple accounts. The customer can now log into the app and set up each account using a PIN. Subsequently, the customer will be able to access all accounts associated with his/her log in credentials.
This also supports contractors who manage multiple customer accounts via the Urgent mobile app. In the same way as a customer user, a contractor will log in and set up each customer account needed once using a PIN. Subsequently, the contractor user will be able to view all accounts associated with his/her log in credentials.
To switch between accounts, a user will need to close the open account using the log out button and return to the account screen.
Remove an account
It’s now quicker and easier for users to remove an account they no longer need to view. This can be completed with a swipe and confirm action.

Reset PIN
A PIN can now be reset on the PIN page.
- Tap ‘Reset PIN’
- Enter password
- Set a new PIN

Task Creation: Mandatory Document Upload Option
In Urgent v42, a feature was introduced to make document upload mandatory when creating a work order.
We received feedback that this could be improved with an option to bypass the enforcement of document upload, depending on a user’s role package, and have updated this feature accordingly.
This feature is permission-based. Please contact your system administrator to request access.
