E-File Configuration Profiles
Configure settings for automated E-File uploads.

AFI Profiles, Scheduled Reports, and other features in Titan Cloud allow files to be automatically added to the Electronic File Cabinet (E-Files).
E-File Configuration Profiles designate consistent properties to files uploaded as part of one of these automated processes, making it easy to find the files you're looking for.
E-File Configuration Profiles
Click the nine dots in the top left corner to open the global menu and select Administrative Console. In the Administrative Console menu, select Configuration and E-File Configuration Profile.

Click the pencil edit icon to update an existing profile, or click Add New to create a new one.

The following properties can be applied to the profile:
Property | Description |
---|---|
Profile Name | Required field. This name will appear in the dropdown anywhere you can select an E-File Configuration Profile, like the AFI Profile editor or the Report Scheduler. |
File Application | Category for E-File sorting. File Applications are managed on the Dropdown List Management page in the Administrative Console. |
Regulator File | Toggle to enable |
Facility Logo | Toggle to enable |
Archived Photo | Toggle to enable |
Training Document | Toggle to enable |
This file applies to all sites in the selected state/county and facility groups |
If selected for a global profile, the State, County, and Facility Groups selectors designate at which sites the file will be saved at the facility-level.
*This option does not apply to AFI Profiles |
Description | Optional description that will apply to all files saved using this profile. |
Tags | Select Tags that will apply to all files saved using this profile. Tags are managed on the E-File Tag Administration page in the Administrative Console. |
Click Add New or Update to save selected configurations.
