In the Supplier view, click the three lines to open the Main Menu, then select My Carriers.
To create a new assignment, click Assign New.

In the pop-out window, select a Carrier from the dropdown menu.
Tip: Only Carriers that already exist in the system are included in the dropdown menu. Navigate to My Carriers in the Main Menu to manage carriers.
Then, use the Available Location(s) list to click one or more Locations. Use the arrows to move the selected location(s) into the Selected Location(s) list, then click Save.

Then, in the Assigned Carriers grid, select the checkmark for Dead Letter Loads to activate the Carrier in the CCD.

Tip: On the Assigned Carriers page, click the “Copy CL Link” button and paste the copied URL into a new browser tab to view the Carrier Lite CCD page for that carrier!

Forecasting Thresholds for Unaccounted Orders
Suppliers can determine the thresholds for forecasted deliveries to generate Unaccounted Orders.
From the Supplier View home page, click the Inventory Management & Forecasting Tile, then click Forecasting Setup.
In the General Information section, set quantity and delivery window buffer values, then click Save to confirm.

Scorecard Setup
First, navigate to the Carrier Comms Dashboard by clicking CCD in the page header. Then, click Scorecard Setup in the top left corner.

General Setup
This section contains a toggle to enable the Carrier Scorecard. Future enhancements may add additional features or settings to this section.
Carrier Grouping
This section allows Suppliers to group how Carriers are organized in the scorecard. To add a new grouping from scratch, make sure Manual is selected and click Add New.

Tip: Only Carriers that already exist in the system can be added to a group. Navigate to My Carriers in the Main Menu to manage carriers.
To set up automatic Carrier Grouping, select Auto. Complete the form and click Submit.

Once configured, the system will calculate the number of loads hauled in the month by each carrier and assign them to the designated tier.
The automatic carrier-tier assignment will occur when the Monthly Scorecard is generated on the first of the month.
Handling Codes
Click Add New to add a new Handling Code.

Saved Handling Codes become selectable options in the Supplier Deviation column in the Weekly Scorecard grids.
